Juan Beras is a visionary multi-hyphenate entrepreneur whose 19-year career spans creative direction, branding, digital innovation, and business development. As the founder and CEO of The BR Lab, a powerhouse creative agency, Juan leads a dynamic portfolio of services including branding, graphic design, web development, animation, interior staging, and motion graphics. His ability to merge creativity with commerce has made him a trusted partner for some of today’s most successful Black-owned brands and rising ventures across retail, hospitality, and entertainment.

With a growing reputation for transforming ideas into thriving brand ecosystems, Juan has worked behind the scenes of products found in major retailers including Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, and Sally Beauty. His expertise has not only built visual identities, it has driven real results in product placement, consumer engagement, and market expansion.

Juan frequently meets with top-level executives, collaborators, and personnel across the retail and entertainment sectors, engaging directly with Fortune 500 companies and global players such as Walmart, Authentic Brands Group, Mattel, Nelvana Ltd., and Universal, to name a few. These strategic relationships reflect his unique position at the intersection of brand storytelling and business scalability.

Among his most impactful partnerships is his role in launching Wynnie Bynnie, a historic Black-owned kids’ hair care brand led by a 3-year-old CEO, now on Walmart shelves nationwide. Juan’s branding leadership helped shape a movement, not just a product, making headlines during Black History Month and driving national visibility.

In the hospitality space, Juan has also served as the creative director for "And It’s Good Stuff," a fresh fruit smoothie restaurant where he led branding, spatial design, and digital marketing. His approach, always immersive, always intentional, transforms businesses into brand experiences.
